Based on the above excerpts of your error log, I can tell that your parallel port is not set to ECP or bidirectional ("BPP" or "PS/2"). Try it again once you get a chance to reboot and change the BIOS setting. For now I don't think it will be necessary to mess with the debug console. This exact same failure on the PSC 500 has been reported to me before, and it was fixed by enabing bidirectional ECP signaling, which requires a parallel port setting of ECP or BPP. This should also improve the speed somewhat, with further speed improvements on my long-term TODO list. David |
