RE: [hpoj-devel] -lsnmp and -lcrypto fix

After testing with RedHat 7.1, it turns out I didn't quite get it right the
first time.  I just checked in a new configure script that handles the
config.cache interaction, and it works fine for me now, both with and
without -lcrypto.
