I'm using the cdj970 ghostscript driver and use the -dDuplex=2 option. 
I don't know if it will work with the cdj600 driver.  I think 2 is flip
on long edge, 1 is flip on short edge, and 0 is single sided.

Be warned that it is slow.  It waits for a while before it flips the
paper.  At first I thought it was crashed or thinking really hard or
something.  I think it waits for the ink to dry before it sucks the
paper back in to flip it.
