It turns out that the "photo" driver only makes a difference on devices with
a special "photo" cartridge, which sits in place of the black cartridge and
contains black, light cyan, and light magenta ink.  AFAIK only the OfficeJet
700 and PSC 300 series have this capability, so I updated the web page to
reflect that.
