The content of initscripts-printd.tgz is:

     etc/rc.d/init.d/ptal-printd
     etc/ptal-printd.conf

Those files were discussed in this mailing list from a week back.  I'm
using tgz in the RPM so the parent directories are created for me when I
unzip them.
