I added the copyright notices to the xojpanel source files. I don't have the 
year of Andreas' release, so I gave it as "circa 1998". Not really proper, 
but the best I could do for now. If you want to change the notices in the 
files to indicate a definite year, go ahead. It was probably 1998 or 1999.

I added a thank-you for your patch.

The files are on my site now for inclusion in CVS.
