Hi, Joe.  Thanks for sending this out.  It looks good, and I added some
additional information based on some previous advice I gave out on the list
(such as use with JetDirect), and based on my own experiences.  (For some
reason, I didn't actually get around to trying this out for myself until
a few days ago!)  I haven't yet tried to play around with gamma adjustment,
though, but it seems fairly straightforward.

Let me know if you or anybody else has comments about this document and/or
my attached changes.  If nobody raises any objections then I will replace
PRINT-HOWTO with this document in CVS in the near future.
