Hey Joe,

For the moment that is correct. I'm currently running under ROOT since I 
just started setting everything up and I do not want to constantly switch.
And I'm just trying it out. I know that afterwards I'll need to move it or 
reinstall it to get it to the correct place so that all users can use it.
