The support is done by the new HPLIP (HP Linux Imaging and Printing) from

The HPOJ software and the HPOJ web site are obsolete.

HPLIP is already part of Mandriva LE 2005 and is automatically used for 
HP printers and MF devices on USB. I have the 1510 here for testing and 
used it for the developemnt of the printing stuf of Mandriva 2006. So 
with 2006 it will work for sure.
