I am running SuSE 9.2 Pro and have the HP Officejet rpm installed. I can't get it configured. It works on (ugh) Windows but even Windows won't give me the actual USB serial device it is using. usbview gives me a message that states Error /proc/bus/usb/devices does not exist. The ptal-init setup command fails as listed below. My question is "How can I get it installed?" Jack Denman ************************************ lanya:~ # ptal-init setup Stopping the HP OfficeJet Linux driver. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- This program manages devices controlled by the HP OfficeJet Linux driver (hpoj).
