Thanks > > David I'm getting nearly the same thing as David with my PSC1210 with localhost:631 psc1200, printer state processing, accepting jobs print test page: "Could not connect to remote server http://bruce:631/printers/psc1200?op=print-test-page" ptal-init setup currently defined mlc:usb:pcs_1200_series ptal-init status ptal-init has been started ptal-init start stopping the driver starting the driver mlc:usb:pcs_1200_series lpr goodmen no response ptal-connect mlc:usb:pcs_1200_series print unable to open device "print" ptal-cups start or ptal-cups stop causes ptal-connect connecting to device "mlc:usb:pcs_1200_series" ... Which stays for more than 20 minutes. bruce |
