The ScanJet is a single scanner. We have no connection to that group. There is talk about releasing binary only drivers but that is pure speculation. Ok, well, I'm gonna go out on a limb here... I have been trying to get a Drawer Statement for months now to make the formal annoucenment and I feel it's time to make a satement now and hopefully we can spread the word to the community. The HPOJ project was indeed adopted by the same team that brought you HPIJS. We have combined the projects into one new driver that will be released tentatively in late fall of this year. It will include all the functionality of the previous projects plus some new features. It will be backwards compatible with all the USB devices. Sorry this took me so long to respond. If you have any further questions, I can try and answer them but I have to be very vague on the details... Cory On Wed, 2004-08-25 at 15:14, James B.
