[hpoj-devel] HP G85 and SUSE Linux 9.1

Dear Sirs,

I have a HP G85 and SUSE Linux 9.1 running. I tried to install the 
printer by USB as well as paralell but I did not succeed. Yast find the 
printer and install it without any error message. But if I start 
printing the document stays in the cue of KPrinter without printing and 
a time out message after a long time.

If I try installing the printer manual with yast and choose "All in on" 
then yast does not find the printer.

I also found a more recent hpoj driver and installed it manually. There 
was no error message as well, but still the printer does not wiork.

Same with the scanner. I am not firm by installing a printer using CUPS.

Any idea? Any help?
