There is 532kB of messages in /var/log/cups/error_log
Meanwhile I configured two other queues. So I have:

Personal Printer with  HP DeskJet 500c (Black Pen) and destination=
=20
psc2100series (installed with Yast)
Personal Printer with  HP DeskJet 500c (Black Pen) and destination PS=
C2110
Personal Printer with  HP DeskJet 500c (Color Pen) and destination=
=20
psc2100series (installed with Yast)
Personal Printer with  HP DeskJet 500c (Color Pen) and destination PS=
C2110
System  Printer with  HP DeskJet 500c (Color Pen) and destination WP =
Spool
System Printer with Passthru PostScript and destination WPSpool

Printing with the first gave 'Error Spool Command' and in /error_log:

The Passthru PostScript  gave no message in WP and in /error_log

Printing a .RTF file prints directly, but only full lines of random=
=20
characters.

Hopefully you can do something with these observations.
