Hi, I am running Debian Linux, 2.4.18-bf2.4 i686, I have compiled and installed the HPOJ 0.91 release, with an HP PSC 1210 All In One. I have not installed CUPS on the machine. The ptal-init setup works fine. When I try ptal-connect mlc:usb:psc_1200_series, I get the following errors: ptal-mlcd: ERROR at transport/ExMlcCommandChannel.cpp:251, dev=<mlc:usb:psc_1200_series@/dev/usb/lp0), pid=307, e=22, t=1085652242 Command reply timeout on port=1, count=1, lastgRequest=0x00! ptal-mlcd:Error at ExMgr.cpp:871, dev=<mlc:usb:psc_1200_series@/dev/usb/lp0>, pid=307, e=22, t=1085652242 exClose(reason=0x3002) libusbFindDevice: Couldn't find device! Also - in the /var/log/messages file, I see the following on startup: usb.c: registered new driver usblp usb.c: ignoring_set_interface for dev 2, iface 1, alt 0 printer.c: usblp0: USB Bidirectional printer dev2 if 1 alt 0 ptal_printd: ptalprintd(mlc:usb:psc_1200_series) successfully initialized using /var/run/ptal-printd/mlc_usb_psc_1200_series Thanks, Ryan __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
