I finally got my HP OfficeJet G55 working by installing the latest HPOJ V.91. I am on Suse Linux 9.0. Had alot of help in another news group. One thing they told me was to make sure that Ptal starts up before CUPS. The seq on my system is the HP Driver starts, then the usb and finally CUPS. Don't no if this will help. I also completely deinstalled the HP Printer before installing HPOJ. Don't know if this will give you any new info. I'm very new to Linux and fought my printer problem for several weeks. I did install the newer version over the old one. "Martin Schaller" <ma...@m-...> wrote in message news:c5duvj$63o$1...@se...... > I'm running Redhat 9 and hpoj 0.91.
