#1 IDE ANSI->Unicode

Currently, the IDE will not work for users of computers
without the Hebrew encoding page as default... I would
be interested in testing and using the software, but only
if it were able to convert the Hebrew ANSI codes to
Unicode and vice versa for IDE readability on non-Hebrew
machines...
