Make sure you run the update command to get back to the latest version. I generally also run a make clean, make arm on the whole thing as I was never quite sure if that was needed. . . As to the PN, i'd recommend getting the latest version from the PN site and install it, then replace it over the top of the current version. Then you get the latest bugfixes from that without messing and of the HPGCC specific stuff. At least I've never had problems doing it that way.
