An integrated development
environment, or IDE, is
a graphical user interface designed to give the user a simple method of
editing resources and code, then shipping them all off to the compiler.
For the purposes of this Wiki, the term will typically be referring to
one of Code::Blocks,
LateralGM, or Eclipse.
