#2 sane cygwin patch

This patch makes recent cvs snapshots of sane-
backends compile under cygwin (windows)
get a recent snapshot at
http://www.sane-project.org/snapshots/

It just disables artec_eplus48u which needs shared
memory and #undef interface
(some win32api include file defines this which results into
trouble)

You have to install libusb-win32 to be able to use usb
scanners like the hp54xx.
