#28 Date billed

Would be great if Hours recorded the date when I marked
something as "billed". I just had a bit of torouble
back-tracking anywhere past the most current bill,
because I did not know what was part of the last bill,
and what was part of the one before it. Recording the
bill date would solve this problem.
