#15 Shift Diferential

I get paid a shift differential depending on when my shift
starts. .60/hr for afternoons and .70/hr for nights.

It would be nice to be able to have this automatically
calculated just by my entering the time I have worked. I
don't know if this is possible or not, but it would be a
nice feature.

Also, I get paid 11% of my GROSS wage IN LEIU OF
BENEFITS. So my wage plus shift differential multipled
by 11% would equal my gross pay for that shift. Not
having to manually calculate this would also be nice.

Hours in an awesome program and I look forward to the
next release!!!
