Have the capability to start a new data file each physcal
year. Be able to archive the current year as a database
and store to PC (may be reactivated if needed). Be able
to print summary of archive year.
At the start of a new year, create a new database and
backup the old one. Do you think it would be sufficient to just
document this solution or do you have a specific suggestion
for how Hours should be changed to do this for you?
