    hi robert,
well, the moving functionality is already built in. on
the "hours dateils" form tap into the right bottom corner
of the form and a list of the other databases will appear.
selecting one database of this list will move the item into
    the database.

would you mind to un-obscure that feature? ;-)

    hi rob,

did you read the manual? well, its documented there.
however you're right, it is kind of tricky to find the
feature ;) well, if you can tell me a good place for a
button that fits into the form i think could do something.

read a manual? what manual? me? well, maybe on sunday
    afternoon ;-)

    some suggestions:

plan a: on the records detail screen, replace the "delete"
button with a "details" button, which in turn would diplay a
form similar to the ones in the integrated apps (calendar,
notes, todo) with a drop down list for all databases, a
"delete" button and every other (future) record detail that
the users don't need to access as frequent as the important
    fields of that record.

    plan b:
tighten up the record detail screen by lifting the two
hourly wage rates on one line side-by-side. this would give
you additional space on the bottom to juggle with a database
dropdown list and the "payed" checkbox.

    plan c: inter-db cut/copy/paste of records would be a
conservative, lengthy, but "no hazzle" UI to that feature.

plan d: to be continued, after having read the manual...

but: i'd love to get that project auto timer feature. i
wouldn't insist on THIS feature request to gain top priority ;-)

sometimes it hurts but helps reading a manual ;)

well, plan a and c seems to be a good solution. :)
i'll keep this in you todo list.
nevertheless i'm looking forward to hearing about plan d ;)

the other thing with the timer ... currently i'm building
another option on the creation of records. so the issue
with the timer will need to wait currently. :(

    pete.

My plan is to "unobscure" this feature.
