#4 hotmail & msn support, byte-stuffing

Attached is a modified commands.c that
1) does byte-stuffing, i.e. prepend a period to lines starting with a period

2) connects to the right server depending on the domain in the specified user
address. Currently supported are hotmail.com and msn.com, via a global list
structure. This is a first step; that list might be replaced runtime by one
initialised from an optional configuration file. As long as this is not necessary,
I'd vote for keeping the number of files to install the lowest possible!

PS: full file uploaded since I cleaned up the indentation to use only TABS -- the
patch would be larger than the file itself :)

use 'diff -w' to avoid the tab vs space issue, it generally
works. -B is also helpful. see man diff for more info.

Yes, sure, but it was my explicit intention to add the diffs to the tabs/indentation
structure to the distribution too. Using a diff version that ignores whitespace would
    have been counterproductive, no?

[updated priority as the byte-stuffing issue is a conformance issue]
