#78 choosing capture region always shows a help popup

Everytime I choose capture region, a help popup appears that reads "Some Windows Managers applies restrictions on the region and freehand capture tools, so the output can be a bit buggy. If you have such problem, a workaround can be to choose full screen capture then crop the needed part in the editor". This is very annoying as I have to press "OK" EACH time I first open the program and choose capture region. Please REMOVE this screen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks :)
