Similar issue on KDE 4.11 ati-dri.
When i select grab (freehand) region the primary monitor displays on the second one.

Dual screen also ? If you grab all the screen, the screenshot is correct ?

The same problem here.
Grab region & grab freehand region captures from primary display only.
The rest seems to capture as expected.
