New MySQL is needed for the beginning to which the
client connected the following SQL, when using a
multi-byte character.

"SET NAMES charset_name;"

The correction which embedded directly the fixed value
restricted when using Japanese this time is offered.

It is expected that the still better correction which
can respond to other languages will be made from now on.
