#5 Hotkeys dies

I am on a Presario X1000 laptop and configured
hotkeys to start with X, and recognize my volume
buttons, also I use dcop to control Juk with the forward,
backward and stop buttons, and finally I launch
konqueror with the www button. This all works
beautifully, but leaving my computer on for long
amounts of time, I notice that hotkeys inevitably dies -
sooner rather than later. With no error message or
anything it just isn't there any more (usually I never
notice exactly when it happens, since I don't use the
keys that often, but when I do want to suddenly mute, it
is frustrating to find that it doesn't work).

Otherwise a very fine product, so I hope you could fix
this. If there is any way I can debug this problem,
please let me know and I'll submit a more detailed bug
report.

Running on a current MEPIS 2004.5 beta.
