Currently, When HotkeyP window is Active, and we hit a hotkey - The highlighting jumps to the key we just pressed.
Can we have this feature, not only when HotkeyP window is Active, but every time when HotkeyP window is Open, even though it is not the Active window?

When HotkeyP window is Active (in focus), when hitting a hotkey, it won't run the hotkey. Only search the hotkey (The highlighting jumps to the key we just pressed).
When HotkeyP window is Open but Not Active (not in focus), Hotkeys will run, but user will be able to see in NotActive HotkeyP window - The highlighting jumps to the key we just pressed.

Now I think that it would be better to make:
When HotkeyP window is Active (in focus), when hitting a hotkey, it won't run the hotkey. Only search the hotkey (The highlighting jumps to the key we just pressed).
