make it scan only movie files - i.e. .avi .mpg .mpeg etc.
or just by directories will be even better - allow user to
choose acorrding to how the files are organized in his
computer.
when it scans - make it scan just by first word and then
by 2 words because most movie names are like this:
Sin.City.DVDSCR.DVDRip.PROPER.XviD-DIMENSION
note the dots (e.g. sin"."city) - should be parsed out
and note that in the case of this movie - the file names
are :
dim-sin1.avi and dim-sin2.avi so u might want to allow a
fix for that...
u should also make a better help interface and allow the
user to stop the scan process (if he accidently chose
the windows directory he's pretty much screwd)
