I am rather new to YFI Hotspot Manager. I have successfully generated the vouchers and some of my users are able to login without any issues.
However, some of my users encountered error "Voucher Duration Expired". How do I address this problem so that whenever I create the account on a monthly basis, my users don't experienced this problem.

Thanks for the advise. One thing to check, how do I know if I am on RADIUSdesk or not ? Because when I check using the FreeRadius, it shows whether my vouchers are expired or not. So I assume I am using the RADIUSdesk.

Hi,
If you have a new install I would rather advice you to use RADIUSdesk instead. This is where things are happening right now.
