#44 Show all prerequisites

This is something that has become quite frustrating for
some people. We tend to get very large lists of
unapplied changes. They go to apply a specific change
with prerequisites, and find out the prerequisites have
prerequisites, then those have prerequisites, and so
forth. They'd like to be able to see all the prerequisites
needed.

i.e., change 6500 has prereqs 5650, 5750, 5850. So
they go "hop apply 5650", and find out it has prereqs
4850, 4950, and 5050. So, "hop apply 4850"; it has
prereqs 4650, 4750. And so forth. It creates a lot of
overhead. The person ends up having to follow the tree
all the ways down to one leaf, back up and follow to the
next leaf, etc. It's not unusual to have to go down 6 or
7 levels.

If we could show "4650, 4750, 4850, 4950, 5050, 5650,
5750, 5850" somewhere, that would help.

Alrenatively, maybe there could be some sort of change-
specific version of 'hop ketchup', that applies all the
prereqs needed to get to a certain change. We tend to
prefer having the developer apply the changes though,
and discourage the use of hop ketchup.
