#18 Check local revisions against CVS

We've had a few cases at work where people are listed
as having applied every change, but after getting
various weird compile/runtime errors, we've discovered
that some of their files were still on an earlier
revision. Something to do with sitcky tags. They
wanted me to request something (hop checkstatus?) that
would check if you had the latest revision of all
files, and indicate which files were out of sync.

Ideally, I suppose it would be good to have it
indicate the change(s) that the out of sync files
belonged to as well.
