#34 Release names not forced unique
I think this is a bug, perhaps you guys can help me out--
I managed to create three releases with the same
name. Also, I was thinking it might be a good idea to
have a prefix on the tag used in CVS for releases, such
as if you create a release called "goo", the CVS tag
could be hop_release_goo instead of just goo.
Thoughts?
