#30 hop tweak and unapply
Guess this could just be an annoyance more than a
bug. Close a change,. Apply your change. Decide you
need to modify a file in the change. Unapply your
change. Now you can't do tweak, because all of the files
that were in the change have been reverted back to their
previous revisions, before you started working on them.
