After a lot of wavering around on this project and finally falling in love with rails rather than PHP, it's unlikely that I'll continue development on this project.

If you're interested in the project or even just using the name for a completely different project, send me a message and I'll be happy to turn it over.

In an agreement with another developer friend of mine, the backend for this project will soon make use of the php FUSE system (not to be confused with the sf.net FUSE). The HC common system will use FUSE for databasing and probably the CMS will use FUSE to handle forms. Hopefully that project will have a place on sf.net shortly.

I actually have managed to draw a bit of support from other developers for the project. So I'm moving development onto the CVS. Have a look at the repository for current code and design work.

After poking at the sourceforge servers a bit I think it will be easier to do development on my own machine. I'll post updates to the CVS tree periodically, and make releases here. Email me if you're just itching to see the latest.
