#2 Simple 'ImageViewer' view plugin

A simple 'ImageViewer' plugin that supports all the
image formats that Holongate supports (not an Editor,
just a view)

Expose a simple API such as InputStream (or
ByteArrayInputStream) to get the image sources for
integration into applications.

Setup default actions for the various operations
available for the image types:
*zoom in/out
*shift image left/right/up/down
*multipage support (TIFF, etc).
*default to width-of-image, full-size-of-image, etc.
