#2 More Holidays ...

Hi,
I'm still using 0.2.1 (too lazy to update). I would like to suggest two more Holidays to be supported. If I read the docs correctly, these aren't in the current version either.

First, Mother's Day which is the second Sunday in May.
And second, Valentines Day which is February 14th.

While we're at it, there are also more interesting dates, such as begin of Spring (March 21st) etc., although those are not exactly holidays.
