Three cheers for Debian!

Hodie v1.3 is now officially good. It is included in the Science section of the 'woody' debian release.

Failure -- but yet not...

The results from the Dotcomma challenge initiating this projects are out!

hodie was *not* mentioned among the winners. Furthermore, all winners were pure Java (and one 'misc'), and all did funky graphic stuff.

Seems at least the Dotcomma staff doesn't appreciate nice, simple, console-based applications fulfilling vacant slots in the Noosphere, ey?

Oh well. That's my five seconds of bitterness. hodie seems to be a big success, regardless of how much the Dotcomma jury resemble Kiki (http://www.sluggy.com) in their fascination for blinking, moving, shining things.

Sourceforgified!

Hodie has moved up on sourceforge. Mainly to make development easier, giving me CVS-services and a centralized and reliable place to keep all my releases on (haven, my host until now, suffers too much under the momentary will of the network admin of that high school to be reliable).

In addition, the possibility of having organized feedback channels influenced the decision to move here a lot.
