[hoc-devel] Patch to add InterfaceGenerator2 to build

Greetings,

Here is another patch, this one adds support for building  
InterfaceGenerator2.  I noticed that there is a cabal file.  I'll see  
about making my patches work for the cabal file too.  Is there a plan  
in place to maintain two parallel build systems indefinitely?
