Add -> Add layer on toolbar or Ctrl+N
Select any session from map folder.
Mapper will copy all tiles from the selected session into the inner database. Next it will generate images for all zoom levels.
Added layer contains link on original session, which can be used for further updates from disk.
Add -> Add many layers on toolbar or Ctrl+Shift+N
Select your map folder.
Mapper will read all sessions in the selected map folder and create layer per each session in the inner database
Remove on toolbar or Delete
Remove all selected objects. If were been selected markers then will remove them too.
If selected layers have linked markers then Mapper will ask about what to do with them. If you click "Yes" then markers will be removed, if "No" - will be unlinked, "Cancel" - cancels remove operation
Generate levels on toolbar or Ctrl+F5
Performs generating images for zoom levels of the selected layers. Useful if images on different levels does not match with each other (e.g after some errors), in this case user can regenerate levels to lead to a single mind.
Refresh on toolbar or F5
Performs updating tiles of the selected layers from the linked sessions. Especially true for current sessions, which updates by custom clients over time.
Merge -> Merge with global on toolbar or Ctrl+M
Performs merging of the selected layers into global layer which user can select in the popup dialog. Merged layers deletes from Mapper. Linked sessions continue live in the map folder. (Special cases covered in Tracker page)
Merge -> Merge together on toolbar or Ctrl+J
Performs merging of the selected layers with each other. Mapper will create new layer which will contains result of merging. Merged layers deletes from Mapper. Linked sessions continue live in the map folder but new layer will not contain a linked session.
Find matches on toolbar or Ctrl+F
Finds matches of the selected layers among other layers (include global). If matches found then moves layers to the new position.
Searching matches performed by hash of each tile.
Export layers on toolbar
Performs exporting of the selected layers into the selected folder (in the popup dialog).
Mapper will create directory in the selected folder for each layer and extract tiles from inner database into the filesystem. Each tiles will be named in the classic way - tile_x_y.png.
Can be used to collaborating with other players, which uses another map tools.
For Mapper users - prefer way is a sharing database.
Order menu on toolbar
Allows users to reordering selected layers.
Visible menu on toolbar
Allows users to change visibility of the selected layers. Level of the partly visibility can be changed in the settings (File -> Settings -> General)
