#18 NavigationTree as View

It would be great to hav a navigation tree for the
source of a file. Like you have in all common IDEs.
Then show eg. sections-names, functions-names, defines
etc. in this tree. Navgation would be much easier.

This could be integrated like the Window-List but by
default on the right side.
