Adding some checks and make install

Fix: memory leak

Adding 3 different reference system:
1 - for the coordinate conversion
2 - for the ellipsoid reference (normal field computation)
3 - for the sysnthesis (rTer gm)

Updating Dg Dg_sa N

Updating Mac executables to 1.0.1

N is now computed as T/gamma and not in spherical approximation T/(GM/R)
Dg is now computed both in spherical approximation (old solution) AND in classical way...
Dg is a bit unstable -> Dgsa is better to be used

Fixing a minor problem: coordinates with tabs instead of spaces where not read correctly
