There seems to be a problem with the encoding. When I convert an H&M project with German umlauts like ä, ö, ß, etc. there are three groups of files with different states of viewing these characters:
+ HTML files (topics): Everything is fine because the umlauts are coded correctly (ä etc.)
+ TOC (.hhc file) and help title (.hhp file): The umlauts are not coded automatically; but I can do this manually so it works fine.
+ Keyword index (.hhk file): The umlauts are not coded. When I do this manually I don’t get the correct characters but some strange symbols.
Do you have any idea what to do?
