HLS-Transcoder

I wrote this script when I needed to create HLS sets for a project. It has specific parameters for that specific project but can be configured to host any FFmpeg command and wrap it in an HLS package.

Te script takes a video file, transcodes it into transport stream segments and creates the variant playlists and manifest file.
The user has control over the bitrate(S), resolution(S), GOP size and segment duration.

The script relies on FFmpeg and tested on Linux and MacOS (should run on Windows as well).
