Only 12 subscribers and the traffic is _low_ so I've changed this to a moderated list to get rid of the spam.

Oh, I guess the spammer has hacked Yahoo mail and spoofed an Hla-stdlib-talk address.  In that case, I'm wrong about assuming the culprit was one of the new list members.  I'll remove the moderation.
