#19 buffer to string Test functions need to be written

Need to write test code for the following new functions in the standard library:

a_bufToStr
a_bufToStr2,
a_bufToStr1,
bufToStr,
bufToStr2,
bufToStr3,
a_catbuf,
catbuf,
a_catbuf2,
a_catbuf3,
catbuf2,
catbuf3a,
catbuf3b,
catbuf4

At this point these functions have never been tested and they probably don't work.
