[HAPI-devel] v2.5 support working

We now have the long-awaited first draft of support for HL7 v2.5.  If anyone
would like to beta test it, let me know and I'll send you a link.  

I'd like to gratefully acknowledge the contribution of Eric Poiseau, who did
the central work for this task.  

It will be included in the next major release, HAPI 0.5.
