This is a minor maintenance-oriented release which fixes the following =
bugs:


- PipeParser now unescapes primitives (NOTE: this was supposed to be =
fixed
in the last release, but was not)=20
- Blank lines in messages are now ignored (used to cause
NullPointerException)
- Fourth character is recognized as field 1 in FHS and BHS, as in MSH=20
- Connection and Receiver call close() on HL7Reader and HL7Writer

... and one long-standing nuisance:=20

- TN validation is now optional (can turn off via system property)=20

There is also one new class: ca.uhn.hl7v2.preparser.PreParser, a facade =
for
the preparser package that acts like Terser only for unparsed messages. =
=20

I apologize for inconveniences caused by the unescape fix not being =
included
in 0.4.1.  I had fixed it, but somehow missed committing the change.  =
